MR LUFFINGTON POSTS:
For many years I've been fortunate enough to indulge my great passion for travel, both with my husband, Coman, and by myself, for work and pleasure. That's me on the left, and him on the right.

From safari in Africa to roaming across Australia, boat trips on the Amazon to temples in Thailand, pyramids in Mexico to hi-tech Tokyo, traversing Peru to Brazilian beaches, business in LA to exploring Eastern Europe... we've had many adventures.

And now, after a few years of travel writing I've brought together all my blogs and created The Luffington Post, as both an archive and a new platform for recording our adventures around the world. This site is all about bringing together our experiences and images of far flung places and keeping them fresh; whether they're from decades ago, or about to happen tomorrow.

It's all about what captivates the eyes, tickles the taste buds, amuses the brain and lifts the heart. Whether that's eating in some tiny street cafe or dining in a swanky Michelin-starred restaurant, lying on a beach with a good book or romping up a mountain with a backpack, staying in a tent in Tanzania or lapping up luxury in a palace, having conversations with friends or being unknowingly entertained by passers by... this is what I like to capture.

It's my very own Luffington Post.

I hope anyone who visits this site enjoys the adventures we have had. Please leave a comment, add me to your favourites, follow me on my travels.
There's many more trips to come - and all are welcome!
